Terms & Conditions – RESET 2025 Self-Care Retreat (VIP)

By registering for the RESET 2025 Self-Care Retreat, you (“Participant” or “Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Payments made toward the retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstances including but not limited to illness, changes in travel plans, or personal emergencies.

2. Hotel & Venue Changes

The organizer reserves the right to change the designated hotel and/or workshop venue at any time. Comparable accommodations and venues will be provided should changes occur.

3. Travel & Transportation

Participants are solely responsible for:

Airfare or other transportation to and from the retreat city.

Transportation between the airport, hotel, and workshop site.

The organizer does not provide airfare or local transfers as part of the retreat package.

4. Meals Included

The retreat package includes:

Daily breakfast and lunch during the retreat dates.

One celebration dinner (date to be announced during the retreat).

All other meals, snacks, and beverages outside of the listed inclusions are the responsibility of the participant.

5. Optional Training Workshops

Additional optional training workshops may be offered during the retreat. These are not included in the standard retreat fee. Participation is voluntary and may require additional payment (“opt-in”).

6. Public Access to Workshop Days

Some workshop days and/or sessions may be open to the public in addition to registered retreat participants. By registering, participants acknowledge and accept that not all sessions will be exclusive to VIP attendees.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participants acknowledge that attending a retreat involves personal responsibility and potential risks associated with travel, group events, and activities. By registering, participants voluntarily assume all risks and agree that the organizer, its affiliates, staff, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damages incurred during or after the retreat.

Participants are responsible for securing their own travel insurance and/or health insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

8. Media Release & Photography

Photo Shoot: Each participant is entitled to two (2) professionally edited images as part of their retreat package. Additional images may be purchased separately.

Media Usage: By attending, participants grant the organizer and its partners the right to capture photographs, video, and audio recordings during the retreat. Such media may be used without compensation for promotional, marketing, advertising, and educational purposes in print, digital, and social media formats.

Consent: Participants waive any right to inspect or approve the finished products or promotional materials in which their likeness appears.

9. Participant Conduct

The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat (without refund) for behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe to the group experience.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment and registering for the RESET 2025 Self-Care Retreat, the participant affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
