By purchasing, accessing, or using the Find My Doer VA Training Portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Above Only Leadership LLC.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase, access, or use the Program.

2. Purpose of the Program

The Find My Doer VA Training Portal is an educational training system created to help business owners train and manage Virtual Assistants (VAs) effectively.

The Program provides:

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Video trainings and tutorials

Task management templates and guides

Suggested workflows and systems for delegation

This is an educational resource, not a done-for-you hiring service, coaching package, or business consulting program. You retain full responsibility for managing your team and business results.

3. One License Per VA

Each purchase of the Find My Doer VA Training Portal grants access for one (1) Virtual Assistant (VA) only for a duration of 12 months from date of purchase.

Each VA must have their own unique purchase and login credentials.

Shared logins or unauthorized multiple users are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

For additional VAs, additional licenses must be purchased.

After purchase, please have your VA fill out the form provided on check out page.
Your VA’s access will be created and activated within three (3) business days of receiving that information.

4. No Guarantee of Results. If you are not happy with your VA, you may return to the hiring fair to hire another VA. You have unlimited access to hiring fairs as long as you have a valid training portal license. You may hire another VA at no cost if you are unhappy with your current VA. If you are adding to your team, you will pay the current vetting fee per VA. Your training portal license can be used for multiple VAs but only one email at a time. Plan to hire in intervals and train one at a time or purchase multiple training portal licences if needing to train more than one VA at a time.

Above Only Leadership LLC does not guarantee results, performance, or outcomes of any kind.

Your success depends on your own participation, your VA’s ability, your internal systems, and your management practices.

By purchasing this Program, you acknowledge that outcomes may vary, and you are fully responsible for implementing all materials and managing your own VA.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Due to the immediate delivery of digital training materials and proprietary systems, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

By purchasing this Program, you understand and agree that:

You waive any right to dispute or reverse charges (“chargebacks”) with your payment provider.

Failure to use, complete, or implement the training does not qualify as a refund reason.

If you select a payment plan, all installments must be completed in full.

Above Only Leadership LLC reserves the right to enforce this No Refund Policy strictly.

6. Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge that you are responsible for:

Communication & Management:
Maintaining proper communication, feedback, and oversight with your VA.

Hiring & Onboarding:
Conducting your own due diligence in hiring and onboarding VAs. The Program does not hire, screen, or guarantee any VA’s performance.

Company-Specific Training:
The SOPs and systems provided are universal frameworks. You are responsible for creating additional company-specific SOPs and policies that reflect your business’s internal structure, tools, and compliance needs.

Confidentiality & Security:
Protecting your passwords, credentials, and sensitive business data. You agree to provide secure access to VAs and assume full responsibility for any shared accounts or information.

Training Timeline:
Providing your VA with a minimum of 30 days to complete the training and gain basic proficiency. You understand that full mastery may take longer and that supplemental training is recommended.

Performance Monitoring:
Tracking your VA’s progress, reviewing deliverables, and providing ongoing feedback to ensure continued improvement and alignment with your company standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided within the Find My Doer VA Training Portal — including videos, documents, SOPs, templates, graphics, and recordings — are the exclusive intellectual property of Above Only Leadership LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use only.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or share any part of the Program or its content with third parties outside your organization without written permission.

Unauthorized use or distribution will result in termination of access and possible legal action.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary materials, trade secrets, and internal business information shared within the Program.

You may not share login credentials, course links, or downloaded materials with anyone who has not purchased access.

9. Access and Availability

You will receive access to the Find My Doer VA Training Portal for the 1 year. You can train as many VAs with this yearly license but you will only receive one email log in at a time.

We may update, enhance, or modify materials for accuracy and relevance without notice.
We are not liable for third-party platform downtime, maintenance, or internet interruptions affecting access.

10. Supplemental Training

The Program provides foundational training for Virtual Assistants; however, each business is unique.

You acknowledge that:

Additional company-specific or software-specific training may be necessary.

Ongoing coaching or supplemental sessions may be offered separately at an additional cost.

We do not guarantee that your VA will reach full proficiency solely from this training.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Above Only Leadership LLC, its affiliates, and representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of this Program.

You agree that any decisions, outcomes, or business results are undertaken at your own risk.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Program.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Above Only Leadership LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in the Program, misuse of materials, or violation of these Terms.

13. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make any false, defamatory, or negative statements about Above Only Leadership LLC, its representatives, or programs.

14. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke access, without refund, if you:

Share or distribute materials unlawfully

Engage in unethical or disruptive behavior

Violate these Terms in any way

15. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., Arizona].
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in [Insert County/City].
Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

16. Amendments

Above Only Leadership LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program indicates acceptance of any revisions.
